COLEMAN RESEARCH GROUP EXPANDS COVERAGE OF HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY

Former HealthCare Research and Consulting (HCRC) President and Executives Sign On

New York, NY (May 15, 2008) - Coleman Research Group, Inc. (CRG), a global provider of highly-targeted primary research to top hedge funds, private equity firms and other institutional money managers, today announced that former Co-Founder and President and two former top executives of HealthCare Research and Consulting (HCRC), a global, independent firm providing customized research, due diligence and strategic consulting for healthcare investors, have joined the Coleman Research Group staff. Terms of employment were not disclosed.

Shabnam Boettle (VP and Senior Director of Healthcare Research), Jan Medina (Director, Healthcare Research Services), and Carla Sison (Director, Healthcare Research Services) will join Coleman Research Group’s existing healthcare research team at the company’s New York City headquarters. The new team will complement and enhance the company’s existing research services. Coleman Research Group offers over 40 years combined experience in healthcare investment research. The expanded services will provide clients access to an internal team of analysts and content across various sectors of the healthcare industry, including pharma, biotech, medical devices, services, regulatory and legal. The new team will also utilize Coleman Research Group’s continually expanding Executive Forum of healthcare professionals in providing clients with proactive content in the form of conference calls, events and other customized research and services.
